I was born and raised in Oxnard and have proudly called District 2 home for nearly 40 years. This community gave me the opportunity to build a rewarding life grounded in hard work, integrity, and service. Now I am ready to give back.

During my long career at Procter & Gamble, I worked my way from the production floor into leadership. As Global Process Improvement Leader for Procter & Gamble’s Family Care business, I eliminated waste, reduced duplication, streamlined processes, improved efficiency, managed complex budgets, and led cross-functional teams. I helped organizations accomplish more – with existing resources!
– while earning a reputation for accountability and results.

Those are the same principles I will bring to Oxnard City Hall.

My volunteer service with United Way, Food Share, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Casa Pacifica, Day of Caring, Stuff the Bus, and other organizations strengthened my commitment to serving families and improving our community.

I believe government should work smarter, not just spend more.

Residents deserve an Oxnard City Hall that communicates clearly, listens respectfully, responds promptly, and follows through. I will work to improve public safety, infrastructure, city services, support local businesses, and ensure every taxpayer dollar is spent wisely.

Together, we can build a stronger, and more responsive Oxnard.
