Lizanne was born and raised in Oxnard, graduated from Channel Islands High School, raised her family here, and built her career here.

 

During her 42-year career with Procter & Gamble, Lizanne worked her way from the production floor into leadership roles in finance, human resources, and global work process improvement. Her experience included managing budgets and financial processes, developing employees, improving operations, and identifying and eliminating waste and inefficiencies.

 

She also served on the Oxnard site’s Leadership Team and worked with local organizations through her role in External Relations, giving her valuable experience in both organizational leadership and community partnerships.

 

Now, Lizanne is running for City Council to bring that experience to City Hall—with a focus on fiscal responsibility, accountability, efficient government, clear communication, and ensuring every neighborhood receives the attention and services it deserves.
