City Services That Show Up

Residents should not have to fight City Hall to get the basics done.

Lizanne believes city services should be easier to access, faster to respond, and more focused on residents’ daily needs. When people report a broken streetlight, damaged sidewalk, unsafe park, or neighborhood concern, they deserve follow-up.

Her background in leadership, process improvement, external relations, and human resources taught her how large organizations can work better. She wants to bring that same problem-solving mindset to City Hall.

Lizanne will focus on:

  • Faster response to resident concerns

  • Better follow-through on service requests

  • Fixing basics like lights, sidewalks, parks, and maintenance

  • Improving communication from City Hall

  • Making city government more responsive to residents

Lizanne will work to make sure City Hall listens, responds, and shows up for the people of Oxnard.
