Lizanne believes local government should be open, clear, and accountable to the people it serves. Residents should know how decisions are being made, how taxpayer dollars are being spent, and whether City Hall is following through on the promises it makes.
 

Throughout her career at Procter & Gamble, Lizanne worked in roles where accountability mattered every day. Whether managing budgets, payroll, quality standards, accounting systems, or process improvement, she learned that strong organizations are built on clear communication, honest reporting, and responsible leadership.

She believes Oxnard City Hall should operate with that same standard.
